Fossil lobster (Coleia sp.). Coleia is a so called polychelidan lobster, an extinct decapod (ten-footed) crustacean characterized by four to five pairs of claws. This specimen is from the upper Jurassic Solnhofen limestone beds in southern Germany. Actual body length is 120 mm. | |
