Titan's surface, illustration. Although cold and covered in poisonous gases, Titan may be a future candidate for the search for life in the Solar System. While hostile to any present-day lifeforms that exist on Earth, Titan resembles many of the conditions on primeval Earth, when life first formed on that planet. There are the right chemical compounds and a source of energy. All that is needed for the building blocks of life. | |
