Harvey Lincoln Curtis (1875-1956), American physicist. Curtis is best known for his work on absolute electrical measurements. Curtis worked for the US National Bureau of Standards from 1907 to 1947. During both world wars, he worked on ballistic missile research for the US Navy. | |
