Granulosa cell tumour (GCT) of a human ovary. GCT is an uncommon cancer arising from granulosa cell tissue. They are oestrogen secreting tumours and present as large, complex, ovarian masses. Granulosa cell tumours are considered low grade malignancies with a relatively more favourable prognosis than other ovarian tumours. | |
