This damselfly (Matronoides cyaneipennis) is found in South East Asia. The hind wings of the mal exhibit iridescence that is blue from above and green from below,but look brown against a white background. The wings are used in courtship display. Collected in Borneo in 1913 by John Coney Moulton. | |
