Electrical Resistive Tomography (ERT) measures the electrical resistance between spaced electrodes. It can be used to measure fault lines and water tables. It can also be used in forensic searches to find buried evidence as disturbances in soil change its resistivity. The depth penetration of ERT is determined by the spacing of the electrodes at the surface. | |
