This contrast enhanced sagittal (from the side) T1 weighted MRI of the brain shows severe atrophy (volume loss) of the cerebellum. This can be caused by many things including alcoholism, primary degenerative disease, chronic anti-epileptic medications and paraneoplastic phenomenon. | |
