Crypto anchor on diagnostic device. Crypto anchors are used to 'anchor' physical objects into cybersecurity domains. Here, it is being used to include a security code inside the diagnostic device, next to areas where biochemical tests are done. This code can be used to reliably link to digital records tracking the history of the device. Codes can be seen directly using a smartphone and even transformed or erased when a sample has been applied to a device. The codes are simple enough for mass manufacturing but dynamic and complex to fake. They are used to link devices to secure cloud computing and blockchain technology.
