Sofosbuvir antiviral drug molecule. Sofosbuvir is an antiviral drug used in the treatment of hepatitis C, usually in combination with one of several other hepatitis drugs. It is an inhibitor of a viral RNA (ribonucleic acid) polymerase and so prevents the virus from replicating.
