Lymphocele in the groin of a 32 year old male patient. A lymphocele is a collection of lymphatic fluid in an anatomic space within the body. It is most often a complication of surgery involving the lymphatic system. If the lymphocele does not regress on its own it may be surgically drained or the lymph vessels cauterised, tied, or removed. | |
