Iron Age funerary objects. These decorative objects were made for a person buried by the Villanovan culture that existed in central and northern Italy from 1100 BC to 700 BC. Metals used by the Villanovan culture included both iron and bronze. These items, part of an exhibition of funerary objects, are on display in the Archaeological Museum of Verucchio, in the ancient Monastery of Saint Augustine, Verucchio, Italy. | |
