This system is from the HighRes Biosolutions company,which produces robotic equipment designed to handle cell samples and to manipulate and analyse contents rapidly following a pre-programmed schedule. One of the applications of such robots is their use (as shown here) in developing novel stem cell and genome engineering technologies.
