Dolphin. Pacific white-sided dolphin (Lageno- rhynchus obliquidens) leaping from the water. Its blowhole is clearly seen on the top of its head. This small dolphin inhabits coastal waters in the northern Pacific Ocean,living in large groups (pods) which sometimes contain over 1000 individuals. It feeds on cuttlefish and small fish.
