This axial (cross sectional) CT of the head performed without contrast demonstrates numerous focal regions of hemorrhage (bleeding - the white areas within the brain) with surrounding edema (swelling - the darker regions surrounding the bright blood). These findings are typical of traumatic brain injury. These are present in both inferior frontal lobes and in the anterior right (on your left) temporal lobe.
