Computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen and pelvis of a 77 year old female with complaints of abdominal pain. Findings include a large volume of ascites secondary to peritoneal metastases,likely from a small occult ovarian cancer. Neoplastic omental caking is present anterior to the transverse colon.
