Saddled puffer fish. Saddled puffer fish (Canthigaster valentini) sleeping on a sponge. This fish inhabits the tropical seas of the Indo- Pacific region. It is omnivorous,feeding on algae,corals,molluscs,crabs and sponges. When threatened,it inflates itself with water to make itself appear larger. It also contains a potent poison in its organs.
