Nudibranch,or true sea slug,(Halgerda tesselata) on algae. Its gills (black,upper left) and two rhinophores (black-tipped,lower right) are seen. The rhinophores are used to sense chemicals in the water. Nudibranchs (meaning naked gills) are sea slugs without a shell or true gills. This sea slug is found in the Indo-Pacific region.
