MODEL RELEASED. Bakery. Bread rolls on a packaging production line. The workers are taking the bread rolls from a conveyor belt and placing them into trays in groups of six. These trays can then be fed into the packaging machine (at top left). Bread is made from dough,a mixture of flour, water or milk and usually some sugar, salt and fat. If light, porous, leavened bread is to be made, then yeast or baking powder is added as well. These produce carbon dioxide gas which causes tiny bubbles to appear in the dough mixture. The dough is baked into bread. The bread is inspected, packaged and then distributed to customers | |
