MODEL RELEASED. Firefighting. Firefighter tackling a blaze with an IFEX 3000 firehose. This firehose is for use when only a small amount of fire extinguishing agent is available. The hose discharges the agent in pulses under pressure and can move one litre of agent at a speed of 400 kilometres per hour. The agent is discharged as a spray,as this provides a greater cooling surface with which to fight a fire. The spray can reach flames 15 metres away and is able to extinguish a fire within a very short space of time | |
