2003 shuttle disaster crew walking out to the space shuttle Columbia before the start of mission STS-107. Columbia exploded on re-entry on 1st February 2003,killing all seven astronauts. In the front row,from left to right,are Kalpana Chawla,William McCool and mission commander Rick Husband.
