Its most recognisable grouping is the group of four stars forming a trefoil (similar to the Mercedes symbol) at upper left. The bright star at lower left is Fomalhaut (Alpha Piscis Austrini) in the constellation Piscis Austrinis,the southern fish. The constellation Capricornus,the water goat,is at lower right.
