Olympus Mons. Mars Express satellite image of the Eastern scarp (cliff-like edge) of the Olympus Mons volcano on Mars. The scarp is up to 6 kilometres high in places. This volcano is the largest mountain in the solar system at 600 kilometres wide and 24 kilometres tall.
