MODEL RELEASED. Infected surgical wound at the junction of two of the toes of a 64-year-old man. The wound resulted from the surgical excision of a neuroma,a benign tumour that arises from nerve tissue. The wound needs to be cleaned and kept covered by a sterile dressing. Antibiotic drugs will be used to target the bacteria causing the infection. This patient's foot has also had corrective osteotomy,surgery to correct a bone condition
