At right and lower centre the stomach wall is affected by a long infiltrating carcinoma extending down to the antrum. The stomach wall appears shrivelled and eaten away. Bones of the spine are seen at left. Stomach cancer is thought to be related in part to diet. Symptoms include appetite loss,weight loss,and vomiting.
