A fungating tumour is a malodorous,exuding,necrotic skin lesion. The prostate is a small gland found just below the bladder surrounding the urethra,the tube urine passes through. Impaired urination due to the obstruction of the urethra by an enlarged prostate is the main symptom of prostate cancer.
