Termite pest control. Male technicians treating a termite-infested house. Termites (order Isoptera) feed on wood in forests and in buildings. One technician, wearing a gas mask,is spraying insecticide onto an exposed bit of termite- infested wood. The other technician is drilling holes into a window frame to enable insecticide to be injected into it. The insecticide will kill any termites in the wood and protect the house from attack for as long as the insecticide remains potent. These technicians are from the Ste Hygiene Office,Paris,France | |
