Eroded sandstone hoodoos. Hoodoos are composed of sedimentary rock with a slightly harder stone on top,which results in an unusual capped shape when eroded over time. The formations here were carved by glacial movements 12,000 years ago and then shaped further by wind and water erosion. The river flowing past them (upper centre) is the Milk River.
