Stone age burial remains. Fossilised remains of a stone age (palaeolithic) human showing evidence of a ceremonial burial. This fossil,from the Cavillon cave in Liguria,Italy,is thought to be around 35,000 years old. The skeleton was buried wearing a cap of shells.
