Cumulus cloud. View of cloud tops,taken from an aeroplane window. These clouds are probably cumulus cloud as they have a heaped puffy appearance,usually found at 1500 metres (5000 feet) above the ground. Clouds are formed from water vapour which coalesces in the atmosphere. When the clouds cool sufficiently,rain falls.
