NASA astronaut Steve Lindsey (born 1960),exercising on the International Space Station (ISS) during mission STS-133. Lindsey,the mission commander,is using the advanced Resistive Exercise Device (aRED) in the Tranquility node of the ISS. This is designed to allow correct exercising while in free fall in orbit. This is the third shuttle mission Lindsay has commanded,and the fifth he has flown on. Mission STS-133 was the final mission of the Space Shuttle Discovery,and was flown from 24 February to 9 March 2011.
