Cheetah (Acynonix jubatus) climbing off a tree. This big cat relies on stealth and speed to catch prey. It can reach a top speed of about 68 miles per hour. Found throughout non-forested areas of Africa south of the Sahara and in Arabia from Iran to Kazakhstan,the cheetah usually feeds on antelopes,young wildebeests and zebras.
