White storks (Ciconia ciconia) nesting. This large bird inhabits marshes,lakes and streams,where it makes large nests in trees. It is famous for also using the tops of chimneys as a nesting place. Its diet consists mainly of frogs and other small prey. Photographed in Hungary in spring | |
