View of the Earth en route to the Moon from high above it. The east coast of Africa, the Indian Ocean and Madagascar are seen as the camera pans across the planet - and up towards North Africa, the African horn and the Middle East. As the shot continues to pan off the Earth we find the Lunar Module still housed inside the top of the Saturn V. A cloud of debris drifts and tumbles around it following the undocking of the Command and Service Module. The clip follows the action as the spacecraft docks with the LEM to extract it.
