Ross Allen's Clown Treefrog (Dendropsophus rossalleni) is one of the smaller members of the complex. It is usually found in flood forest along the Amazon (called tahuampa locally) and, like most of the clown treefrogs, its bright dorsal marking are nearly invisible to the human eye by night. This individual was photographed in the Amazon Basin of Peru, 2019. | |
