Glory surrounding aircraft shadow on clouds. This optical phenomenon is caused by wave interference as sunlight is internally refracted within small droplets around the observer. In this case the observer is in an aircraft and the coloured rings are seen around the aircraft's shadow on the clouds below. These are stratocumulus clouds.
