It contains over 54 galaxies and has a diameter of 10 million light years. The largest galaxy in the group is Andromeda (spiral at 10 o'clock position), followed by the Milky Way. Bars show the positions of the galaxies above (red) or below (blue) the Milky Way's galactic equator. | |
