Space Shuttle undocked from ISS. View from the International Space Station (ISS) of the underside of the Space Shuttle Discovery after it had undocked to return to Earth at the end of mission STS-131 (5-20 April 2010). The photograph was taken by Expedition 23 flight engineer Soichi Noguchi as the shuttle orbited over the south end of the Caribbean island of Isla de Providencia,off the coast of Nicaragua. The shuttle's mission to ISS included three spacewalks and the delivery of more than seven tons of equipment and supplies. The ISS orbits at an altitude of around 350 kilometres above the Earth.
