Australian sea lion. Young Australian sea lion (Neophoca cinerea) calling for its mother on a beach after a solo swim. A single pup is born over 17 months after breeding. Pups are typically weaned after 18 months. This sea lion is mainly found around the islands of Australia,where it is thought to eat fish,crustaceans and cephalopods.
