Bridled guillemot (Uria aalge) preening itself on a rock. This bird is a colour variant of the common guillemot. It has a band of white around its eyes with a streak leading from it. It inhabits islands,cliffs and rocky shores in the north Pacific and north Atlantic Oceans. It dives into the water,up to depths of 50 metres,to catch fish,crustaceans and squid.
