Tropical cyclone Percy. Aqua satellite image of tropical cyclone Percy in the South Pacific Ocean. At this point Percy was a category 4 storm,with sustained winds of 213 kilometres per hour and gusts up to 260 kilometres per hour. It had just passed over the Northern Cook Islands of Pukapuka and Nassau,leaving very few buildings intact,and was heading for the Southern Cook Islands.
