Comet Lulin. Composite image of comet Lulin passing through the constellation Libra. The Lulin image was taken by the ultraviolet/optical telescope (blue and green areas) and the X-ray telescope (red areas) on NASA's Swift Gamma-ray Explorer satellite. Unusually Lulin orbits the Sun in a clockwise direction,unlike the planets and most other bodies. The background star field is a Digital Sky Survey image. Both images were taken on 28th January 2009
